I've been concerned the last few days. It all started maybe 5 days ago, my boyfriend and I were having sex and during it he noticed a small drop of blood. Nothing hurt, so we continued. I didnt think it was my period, mine is irregular and always has been so I don't really keep track of it but it didn't seem time yet. The next day the same thing happened but it was a little bit more. Again, it didn't hurt. We continued but later there was a little bit of blood afterwards when I was cleaning up, but it stopped soon after. Later that night he fingered me, but only clitoral stimulation no penetration at all. There was quite a bit of blood after and I figured I had started my period. But then it stopped again. And then the next day, the same thing but the bleeding somewhat lasted for a while. And today same thing, but stopped immediately after. It seems to happen after I orgasm, mixed in with all the juices or whatever. It's been a significant amount of blood the last few times, enough to where it really seems like it's my period but it stops.
I know I need to see a doctor, I'm going to make an appt at a clinic but it might take a week so til then I was hoping to get some opinions, this is starting to worry me. I've never been checked for any diseases or anything before. I don't have the money to buy a pregnancy test right now either.
I'm probably not a lot of help, I just suggest seeing your GP. This did happen to me once, the first time I had sex with my boyfriend after I went on birth control, and I was terrified. It only happened to me once though and my GP said if it happened again they'd want to know about it, but I think mine was related to the birth control.
This actually was happening to me 2 years ago. Out of nowhere, when I was having sex with my boyfriend I would "bleed" when I had an orgasm. It would last maybe a few weeks, no bleeding anytime else, like where I needed to use a tampon or a pad or anything, just after I had an orgasm. It happened a few times a year, and like I said, maybe lasted a couple of weeks to a month at a time. We had been sexually active for over 5 years with each other, and I am on the birth control Depo Provera. I finally talked to my OBGYN, and I was told that sometimes that is a symptom of an STD. I was checked for all STD's and everything came back negative, so I got an ultrasound done of my utereus, and everything, which was done by a wand type machine stuck inside my vagina, and that came back negative as well. Now it hasn't happened in a long time, maybe like once a year, if that, but they never found anything wrong with me. So I would suggest getting tested for all STD's, and if negative, get that ultrasound done.
