Hi- I was wondering this myself. I hear they do work. But can bother the skin. But that is a small price to pay for the other option. I am going to my gyno in the morning and I can let you know what she says. I was kind of wondering about the nova ring. The only thing is I do not think I want to be hunting up there for something. I have tried the Deo shot. I put on 40 lbs. did the shot 2 times. Stopped and lost the weight in a month. But sorry to go on and on it will be interesting to see what others say.
