If your boyfriend had minor pearly penile pearls, (very tiny skin or white colored bumps along the rim of his penis below the head) and it was your first time having sex together (safe sex), would you freak when you see it and stop seeing him and not have a relationship etc., or would you know that it is common in 31% of men, and that it is not contagious, not a disease, and stay? Whats your honest opinion on what you would do, and do some of you have boyfriends with pearly penile pearls?

Well Teenage dude I am your age and my first reply would be that's kind of gross. But if it was my boyfriend and its really as common as u say it is I wouldn't take such extreme actions and leave him. I'm sure your girlfriend's initial reaction is just a little dramatic, let's just hope she gets over that. Honestly I don't think that's a valid reason to breakup.

Oh no, this is just a hypothetical situation. My girlfriend isn't ready to have sex for a while, and I respect that, although she doesn't know about pearly penile pearls (I hate that name). So thats not the reason why she doesn't want to, I guess her friends fill her mind with doubts and how it may hurt and stuff.

TeenageDude, at your age and her age she probably hasn't seen that many penises so she will probably think that's the way they're meant to look! And if she rejected you for that reason, then I'm afraid it would sound like she's not ready to have sexual relations, if she can't handle what the opposite sex looks like "warts" and all.

Well.. They're not warts, there just little skin colored bumps on the rim, not very visible when erect, but obviously I'd rather not have them, you know? When I questioned the Doc about treatment, he said, "Why?" ... Duhh.. I don't want them there, no matter how small they are. Basically they're not noticable unless you were to do a thorough examination. Also, on another post it stated that someone else had it and didn't have a lot of hair as the rest of his friends on his legs and face. I also don't have a full blown beard or very long hair on my legs, but I've past puberty and my beard is slowly coming in... lol. Just wondering if theres a pattern to the 31% who get PPP.
