probably not, especially if you were expecting your period. IF, however, this seems incredibly early, you will want to have a pregnancy test done, becuase implantation can cause bleeding that looks a hell of a lot like a period.
Some people even misinterpret it to say that you can have a period while you're pregnant, which, although it happens, it's rare (think 1 in 100,000). Because if you were to shed your uterine lining while you were growing a baby, you would shed the baby by accident, a period is a pretty good indication you're pregnant -- if it's expected to happen at that time.
