Ok i need to know if there is any way to get something like genital warts without sexual contact. near the opening to my vagina and urethra there are a few (very few) small, kinda raised peices of skin, they arent like sores or zits, more like tiny flaps of skin, are they just normal on some people, could they be glands or something. they don't really bother me and I havent had any sexual contact, but is there any way they could be warts? doesn't the genital wart virus have to get there by sexual contact? i'm not sure, maybe this is a stupid question, but any replies will be greatly appreciated. I guess you could call me a hypochondriac, i worry about this kind of stuff.

It sounds like it could be skin tags. But to answer your question about warts.....if you have warts on your hands and touch yourself you can get them on your genitals.

See your doc about this and find out exactly what it is and what can be done about it.

also if someone who shares a towel or something or handles any of your stuff you can get them... yes do go to the doctor it is very important that you do... good luck

One day when I had an infection I looked at myself down there with a mirror, and I saw the sam thing you explained. They looked just like little pieces of skin hanging. Then the next time I went to the doctor, I had it looked at. The doctor said it was from my cherry, and that all woman have them and they are normal. So if it is the same as what I've got, don't worry.
