The chances that your cycle is so off whack that you would ovulate and then have your period the next day is so slim that I wouldn't worry about it. Ovulation usually occurs 14 days before your period, not the day before. Granted, it's possible, but mighty unlikely. If your periods are very regular, and this one is late (over 28 days - or whatever your cycle is - since the first day of your last one), then you should go have a pregnancy test after waiting a week or two. As for how far along you can be in a pregnancy and still have an abortion, I'm not sure if this goes for everywhere, but here, you can be up to 18 weeks to have it done in a clinic, and 24 in a hospital. That's very far along, if you're going to do it, the sooner the better. And IMO, since it's such a touchy subject, don't let us know the outcome.
Also, no lecture on the condom, but don't forget that while it's too late for this time, there is always the option of the morning after pill. (Good for up to 72 hrs after unprotected sex.)
