Hi, I am looking for some serious help. I would like answers from both men and women. I am a male 22 years of age and I have had sex with alot of girls. I used to be a bit of a player and have one night stands. I am not proud of this at all. I started to settle down a while ago when I was introduced to my current girlfriend through a buddie of mine. My girlfriend is amazing and I love everything about her. We have been together for about 10 months now and we just recently started having sex. I am definalty no a pro when it comes to female anatomy and I know all women are different in ther own unique way but my girlfriend seems very different from ever other girl I have ever been with. I don't know quit how to react or if this is normanl and I do't want to say anything about it because she seems comfortable with herself and I don't want to upset that. When we first had sex I didn't notice but when I went down on her the first time I noticed she has what looks to be a fair sized piece of skin that hangs down from the center of her vagina. From top to bottom it is, best guess, an inch long and maybe a half an inch thick. It just sort of hangs there when it falls out of her body. Most of the time I guess it's tucked in because unless I go down on her I don't notice. She doesn't feel it when I touch it or anything because I have gently pinched it many times and she has not said anything. I am worried that maybe it hurts her when we have sex if it gets caught or pulled on and she won't tell me. Will it get bigger from friction? Is it norman? Should she see a doctor? Can it be removed if I find out it does hurt her? Do any other ladies have this? Should I say something? I am so confused. I definatly don't want to loose her over something so superficial and it's not a turn off really I just want to know what is it?

So it's actually hanging out of her vagina? If so, it's likely to be her hymen but it sounds a bit thick to me (but then again my hymen doesn't stick out so I'm not a good judge for that).

But it could also be her inner labia? Everyone's looks different and in different sizes and shapes, sagginess, and not always symmetrical. One flap could be a lot bigger than the other? Or her vagina could be a bit saggy near the entrance?

Hmm it's hard to tell without seeing it myself. But if what you do hurts her I'm sure she would let you know.

I agree with chinchilla. If it were me & it hurt, you'd know as soon as it happened. & I couldn't tell you what it is without seeing it.

It is her "inner lips". It is perfectly normal. Not every one has "inner lips" that protrude, but not every woman's genitals are a carbon copy either. It will appear larger when she is turned on, as well, because of blood engorgement.

And if it hurts her, you'll know (probably with an open hand to the head or face, too

)

PS: removal of this piece of skin is the equivalent of female circumcision. Her "inner lips" are part of the covering of her clitoris. If you suggest she have it removed, don't be suprised if she DOES hit or yell at you. I would recommend that you don't. Removal is also VERY dangerous and can result in a loss of sexual pleasure.
