fertility chart question - Sexual Health - Women Message Board

I was wondering, does anyone know how to make a fertility chart? I hope you know what Im talking about... I just mean one of those charts where u mark down for a month what your body is doing and everything so that I could tell when I am most likely to get pregnant. If anyone could submit instructions, or a website to go to so that i could get some help... that would be great!!!!... THANK YOU!..

We cant post websites.
But you can got to your local library and get the book Taking Charge Of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. She has a great book on explaining how to chart your cycles and to know the signs your body gives that you are fertile and so on. It has sample charts that you can copy.
Also do a search for BBT charts or Body Basal Temperature charts. The sites that you find will give you some great info. But to truly understand charting you NEED to read that book.
