in another post, a female asked about women being attracted to other women. It seems from the responses that it is pretty common for women to have sexual attraction and thoughts about other women but they don't think that makes them even the least bit gay. I'm male and never have sexual thoughts about men. I don't think straight men really ever think about having a sexual encounter with another man. If a male friend told me he was thinking it my be fun to have sex with a man I would immediately think he was gay or bi-sexual. Is it different for women?

yes i think it is because women are more into touchy feely

i'm married but i do have a few GF i play around with when i get the chance maybe 2-3 times a year if that. I'd never be just with women though not for me but it's fun once in awhile!!!

I definately think it is different for women than men. But only because women are usually more sensual than men. I am a bi-sexual girl and I think that any straight woman who has sexual relations with another women or just dreams about it are either bi-sexual or bi-curious. Men also can be bi-curious, but might not act upon it.

amandalee has a point. I myself have never had an encounter with a woman, but I have a subscription to Playboy. I'm more bi-curious than anything. It would be fun to do once ina while I think, but I would probably not make it a full-time thing.

Are you asking if it's different for women in that they might have fantasies or actual experiences while still not considering themselves gay or bi?
If that's the question, I don't think it's any different IMO. If you have sex with someone of the same sex, and you like it, and you'd do it again, I don't care if you're a man or a woman, you're bi, if not gay. Whether they admit it or not. It just seems to be more socially acceptable for a woman to be bi or bi-curious than is it for a man. Anyway, this is a weird question, because it's all in the eye of the beholder.
I might belive what I just wrote up there while a woman who's had sex with another woman might still claim she's not bi, we'd just have to disagree. (But it seems so far that these women are willing to admit they're bi or bi-curious, not all women would.)
