 tender nipples
I'm curious to know if anybody can think of what could have caused this -- they seem to have happened on their own.
They're tender, not always sore, so they only hurt if they're being touched or pushed on, but it is not uncomfortable to wear a bra. They are not red, they are not flaky, they are not hot or *****, so I doubt they're like this from a yeast infection. I am not on my period nor am I pmsing (I'm like three weeks away from starting it) so it isn't that... I'm on the pill, but I've been on it for like two years, so I don't think it's a side-effect of that either.
I sleep naked, so I don't think it has to do with me wearing tight-clothing at night, and I've not done anything different or bought a different bra lately, so I'm a bit at a loss. The only thing I've done different is use a different bath gel but you think somewhere else on my body would have had a reaction as well?
VERY curious, not really that scared about it though. Speculate!
