| How accurate is test for Syphillis?
I was diaganosed 20+ years ago having Herpes.
The outbreaks during these 20 years were mild until recently.
I now have sores on the sole of my left foot. They have been here for more than 8 weeks and are not yet recovered. i have had sores on my palms about 10 years ago.
The symptoms on the foot and hands 10 years ago looked very much Syphillis-like. I went for a test for Syphillis and it was negative.
I am wondering if i have been misdiagnosed 20 years ago having Herpes but in fact I am having Syphillis.
I am also having scratching feeling this week in my left eye.
I am scared.
Please help.
