Very Worried about oral STD - Sexually Transmitted Diseases Message Board

about 36 hours after giving unprotected oral sex to a female (dumb move i know) i am noticing these two small (i'd say about 4-5 millimeters) spots, not bumps, just spots, on my toung that are much darker red than my normal toung color. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE HERPES OR SOMETHING ELSE TO ANYONE i have never seen anything like this before on my toung

also, even though not painful, they are somewhat sensitive to touch. pelase help!

It doesn't sound like herpes. Herpes would be a blister that develops into a painful, open sore. It doesn't typically appear on the tongue, either.

You most likely have nothing at all wrong with you. You are just looking at your tongue now because you had oral sex. I bet if you looked at it at other times you'd notice spots once in a while too.

I wouldn't worry too much unless the spots grow, develop into something else, or become painful.

im pretty sure its not just in my head, it is like discolored spots, 3 of them all on the right side, and the oral sex was only 3 days ago too, im worried sick it'll develop into something more.. is there anything else it could be, ghonnerea (sp?) yeast infection?

the spots are sensitive but not painful...YET

........?

A funal infection is a possibility, as is some unknown disease seems to afflict men who have unprotected oral sex. If it doesn't clear up, see a doctor.
