Only if they were looking at your white blood count. Do you know what blood tests you had done?
Did you engage in a high risk behavior that makes you think you have HIV? (Unprotected sex with someone who is HIV positive, for example).
The early stages of an HIV infection can involve such symptoms as fever, sore throat, headaches, muscle aches, joint pain, enlarged lymph nodes in the neck, armpits, and groin, skin rash, abdominal cramps, nausea, or vomiting, as well as diarrhea.
