I had a sex with a call girl, it was protected sex and unprotected oral sex. I have a white small raise kind a bump under the head of my penis, my doc says, it could be warts but its not like the one he seens before so hes not sure and also I feel that I have anal warts, but how can that be if I didnt even do the dam anal sex ? I used a condom, so does that mean that the condom fail and I Might be exposed to HIV at the same time ?

You can get STDs on your penis from unprotected oral sex.

You can get warts from skin to skin contact. Did she touch your penis before you put on a condom? Did she touch your anus?

No she didnt touch my anus, but yea she touched my penis

Unfortunately, condoms don't protect against the HPV virus (which I am not surprised a call-girl would have, since there are so many different strains of it, and it's soooo common.) The reason is parts of her vaginal area are going to touch the parts of you that aren't covered by the condom. That just happens during intercourse. She won't get pregnant (unless the condom failed), but there is skin-to-skin contact during sex; there's just no way around it. I hope you will get a 2nd opinion from another doctor if this first doctor can't determine whether you do have warts; be sure to talk to him or another doctor about your feeling of having anal warts... Also, you should abstain from any sex until you have the "okay" from a doctor to avoid spreading it.
