I just had sex yesterday with a guy I've talked to for a little over 2 months, he is sure he doesn't have any sexual diseases and we used protection. This was my very first time having sex. I noticed this morning that I have a couple little red and blackish colored blotches on the lips of my vagina. My actual vagina looks completely normal, it's just the blotches that look weird. They don't hurt and they are not bumps. What could these be? Is it an STD? Has this happened to any of you?
Ugh, I would be so mad if I got an STD the first time I had sex.

I would not worry unless they did not go away or you develop other symptoms. Most STDs that would typically produce skin lesions (such as herpes, warts) wouldn't usually show up the very next day after sex.
