Red Cuts No Itch or nothing, is it Herpes or Syphilis - Sexually Transmitted Diseases Message Board

Today a year from exposure. Receved oral from sexworker unprotected and protected vaginal sex.

I check my penis today and on on the bottom of it right before testicles are connected, I saw red lines like a cut, 4 0r 5 of them.

Also on top of the head of penis on the side, I saw few red lines just like that.

Is this is Herpes or Syphilis

It dont itch or anything ??

Is syphilis test at 3 months accurate ?

No tingling type of nothing, just redness with cuts.

It doesn't sound like either of those, maybe it is just dry skin or an irritation. The syphilis lesion doesn't appear a year after exposure, and herpes is very painful blisters. If it doesn't go away, see a doctor.

Herpes is not just "very painful blisters"
I have Herpes and I get what looks like paper slits appear down below. They do not blister or scab etc.
Not everyone has the same symptoms.

bontok12, the best thing to do is next time you get a slit appear is to go and get it swabbed. Good Luck.

It is not syphilis, but it might be herpes - I don't know. The fact that it occurs at the base of the penis where condoms do not protect indicates it might be sexually related. You can go get a blood test to see if you have herpes, though it might not prove that you have genital herpes (if you get cold sores, it could be indicating your oral herpes), which only a swab test can confirm when you have an outbreak.
