Is there a risk that I'm not being tested properly? Could say Syphilis or Gono reside outside the circulatory system? If so, how should I be tested? |
Dude i have what you probably have. Its called reiters syndrome!
The immune system never realized the invading bacteria was dead and its attacking your mucous membranes.....penis, eyes, mouth ect.....The body attacks the mucous membranes because they have a similar cell surface as the invading bacteria.
Do you have any joint pain?
This didease is usually caused by clamidya or ureaplasma. Possibly mycoplasma.
Get at PCR test for these 3 bacteria! If you are positive for either of the latter 2 bacteria, you will be on antibiotics for a long time. (biaxin is best)
Family Doc's and people at STD clinics are usually not very good at diagnosing this disease. See a infectious disease specialist or a rhuematologist. They know what they are talking about.
