Hi, can you get a STD without having any sex at all? Can you get it if you're a virgin?

Well, you would have to define "virgin" in order for us to answer? While you usually cannot get an STD without having intercourse, it is possible that if you are performing oral sex on your partner or they are performing oral sex on you that either of you, if previously infected, could spread gonnhorea, clamydia, or syphillis. If having oral sex still keeps you in the category of being a virgin because you didn't have anal or vaginal intercourse, then the answer is "yes, you can be a virgin and get an STD."

No, I'm talking about NO sex at all, no oral, or the others. Can you still get it? Thanks.

No. That's why they're called "sexually transmitted diseases", you have to engage in some kind of sexual activity to catch it. So, no you can't get it from a toilet seat, door knob, etc.
