| How long does it take for Chlamydia to be cured by Doxycyline?
I began taking Doxycycline for Chlamydia on Monday and it is Friday now. The slight itching a burning I had went away and now it only burns VERY slightly sometimes when I urinate. Nothing to bother me but I can still tell that is isn't gone all the way. How long will it take before it is complaetely gone because I finish the medicine Sunday night? Also, should i go back to the doctor and have them re test me? I asked the doctor if I needed to come back for a re test and he said no because he was sure the Doxy would take care of it. Thanks a lot.
