I notice a sore like thing on my boyfriend's penis the other day and I was just wondering if anyone knew what it could be... the first thing that came to mind was Herpes so I looked at some info and pictures on the internet - but it doesn't seem to look like the pictures I saw. It's not a bump, there have been no blisters or scabs, it's just red and kind of looks like he got a scratch but it's dry. Doesn't look like a spot either... neither of use has had any symptoms if this before...

An ingrown hair? A small cut that's irritated? Warts? Could be something, but alot of times could be nothing.

Nope definitely not a wart... yeah could just be a cut... Not worrying too much about it at the moment... not like there's anything I can do at this stage... it's either something or its not.

how long has it been there ?? is there any discomfort with it???? i would definetly not have sex of any kind until you know for sure that it is gone. My concern would be herpes, my boyfriend (now my husband) had a spot on his penis that started out red and then turned into a sore and we found out it was herpes, we got some medicine to treat it and it went away. That was a couple of years ago, and no more since then, and thankfully I have not had any outbreaks, but you never know if i will get it or not, and he may never get it again, but thats unlikely........ So just be careful because if it is herpes you definetly don't want to get it. We stopped sex until after it was completely healed up. Good luck

It's gone now. It never hurn or anything. I just wish he would stop pressuring me to have sex with him. I'm just trying to be careful. He says that he's not making me do anything and it's all my choice, but he keeps suggesting it when he knows I'm not sure. I really don't like that about him.
