She can have an STD despite being a virgin (although of course it's not too likely - but it's possible). I suppose she could have pretty much anything. In case she has never even made out with a guy, she could technically have HPV from her mother, but that would be a rare case as far as I know.
From fingering her you can get some stuff - whether you pick up blood or something else doesn't matter, depending on the STD.
