I really dont know what this is, i have red markings on the right side of the glans which have not gone away for over two years now and on the left side i get a rash of some sort which fades but gets more prominent after a shower or masterbation. The whole of my penis at times becomes like a blotchy red/purple rash which will fade after using a bit of hydrocortisone but never goes completely. I dont appear to have any discharge or burning when urinating and the only other thing i have sometimes is a pain around the belly button area which goes after a day or so. I also get pain at the top of my legs where the groin joins but i think this might be muscle strain with playing football etc. Any thoughts or ideas what this could be would be most appreciated...

Yeast infection/jock itch? Try over-the-counter lamisil. Hydrocortisone cream only decreases swelling, dos not clear up yeast. And don't use hydrocortisone cream too much because it this out the skin.

I have used a fair bit of hydrocortisone which i have to admit appears to have made the skin go thinner after use. I have also used a fair bit of canestan thrush cream which does again help a little but never cures it completely. Is this lamisil an American cream as im not in America at the moment or could i get it over in the UK. Thanks 4 ur reply...
