Well first off hello

i have never had sex but i have masturbated by myself. i found like a lil blown up area on my foreskin and its gray when i stretch it back i see the vein that leads up to it i dont no what it isi i dont no whether its an std and then around there i see like the skin is deterorating a lil bit its as if its being marked down a lil i dont no what it is i think its fine cuz i have never had sex with anyone or done any close touching i just need some clarification thank you

Is the "blown up" area red? If is irritated and "deteriorating" it might be a yeast infection (jock itch). If it is, you can get Lamisil, an over-the-counter yeast medication. Keep the area clean and dry and replace your towels (wash in hot water) frequently because you can reinfect yourself.

They are called SEXUALLY transmitted diseases for a reason - you have to have sex (or sexual contact) to get them. You cannot get an STD from masterbation.

I don't know what this is. If it doesn't clear up, maybe you should ask a doc.
