Painful Bump - Sexually Transmitted Diseases Message Board

Almost every month for the past year (it skipped the past four months) I get this painful bump under the skin near my vaginal lips...but not on them or in them. It starts out tender and a little swollen and then turns into a small bump/lump under the skin that gets kind of hard. It never rises above the skin...so it's not noticable when just looking at it. Could this be an STD or...it usually happens around my period (only about 2 times it didn't).

If when you whipe you can feel it nad it is kinda tender, Id go get checked just to be sure. I woudlnt just leave it be, call the dr when you have it and tell them its something the dr needs to see, so dont let them tell you to come in a week later.
