How to heal aldara treated skin?

Been on aldara for about a month now and it has elminated all of mw warts besides one. Now the area the I was treating is quite red and a bit raw looking. I was wondering if there was something that I could take to speed up the healing and also lessen the chance of a scar being formed thier..since the stuff like burns your skin...anyways any replies would be great thanks.
