A number of men have reported vague problems following unprotected sex. Some doctors think it is in the head when they can't find any signs of an infection, but I think too many men get it who have no reason to feel guilty, though I, too, am at a loss as to what it is. Definitely get checked out, but don't be surprised if the doc cannot find anything wrong. Over time, the symptoms do seem to improve when nothing is found.
On second thought, you may have a simple case of epididymitis, which is curable with antibiotics. The major cause of this in younger men, though, is untreated chlamydia, though it can be caused by non-STD bacteria. Again, see a doctor for treatment.
