I think you have every right to be suspicious ... I had Chlamyida last August and was told to come back for a re-test one week after taking my meds. Although it is more likely you'll test negative than positive, there is still a chance it didn't go away.
Since Chlamydia can lead to PID and cause infertility if left untreated, I feel it's better to take the test again and be sure, than not take it and be sorry later down the road.
