I'm not sure what your question is? NGU is caused by bacteria, usually Ureaplasma urelyticum or Mycoplasma genitalium. And a UTI is an Urinary Tract Infection - also usually caused by a bacteria.
So if you have either one of those things, it would make perfect sense for your test results to show the pressence of bacteria. There are probably not any reliable (and affordable) tests available to figure out what specific type of bacteria you have. So the test just shows the pressence of bacteria, without telling you which one it is.
