Re: Testicals itch, what to do.
You should go see your doctor. If in fact it is genital warts, it will not "pass through your system" in a year. You will have it forever because it is a virus. If in fact it is just a skin irritation that is causing the itching, ask your doctor what kind of topical creme they recommend...
