Sorry for freaking out. It is because, it's morethan half a year trying to find out what kind of sickness has my pennis gotten. This is my story: It has been almost a year since the first time I went to a Urologist to have me checked up. Two months before that I had a yellowish discharge from my pennis after unprotected sex. I was in the middle of a vacation trip so impossible to go to a doctor at once. Too worried that I consulted internet and bought the prescribed medicine for gonorhea. After 24 hours, discharge stoped and I thought I could relax. After few weeks, I started feeling tingling and very slight burning sensation and itchiness in the tip of my pennis. This time I went to a Urologist, had my urine incubated and given prescription for gonorhea. I took the medicine for almost two months but situation never changed. I came back to the doctor, did a urine test again and took another different prescription and took it for another 2 months. I needed to go to another country for job, so consultation with Urologist stoped but the situation of my penis remains. 2 months later i started seeing unusual occurence at the tip of my pennis. If I stretch the skin on the head of my penis, I can see tiny red blotches that are slightly raised. This red "pimple" like thing appears on the opening of my penis. If I leave the head alone, it appears wrinkled and it looks as if my skin is aging. If erected skin is very shiny and looks very stretched and swollen. I am sure that penis was never like this before. Manifestation of "irritation" or redness never stays longer than 2 to 3 days but skin continues to look aging when normal and shiny (like swollen) when erected. Penis and surrounding part also feel burning sensation most of the time but very slight and without pain. I went to Urologist and had gram stain and blood test for gonorhea and siphilis but turned out non-reactive result. I refrained from unprotected sex for 6 months then I had HIV test, and another siphilis test (by blood) but all turned out non-reactive result. Urologist suggested that I go to Dermatologist which I am doing now. I have read a lot of same situation of other people in the net so it tells me that this situation of mine is popular. However, I keep on wondering why doctors seem to have difficulty finding out the real issue on this. I have spent too much for this already but still here I am still waiting for at least an idea what is causing this thing. Dermatologist suggested that I apply hydrocortizone 1% and for 1 week i tried. Irritation seems to dispappear but tingling and burning sensation still there and after 3 days redness manifested again. Skin continues to appear aging. If this is not herpes, siphilis or any std the next thing to think is skin irritation. But why slight burning sensation and tingling accompanies it? Recently I also felt some burning sensation in my whole tounge and I had lip ulcers. Shall I get another HIV test again? I want to be convinced that I am just a "worrying well" as other people call it but can't deny the fact that I have something unusual in my penis. Any more help?
