| could this be EPIDYDIMITIS caused by CHLAMYDIA (Trachomatis)?
My story: I had a discharge from my penis last year (Oct) after series of unprotected anal sex (inserter). But I was in a vacation trip when this occured so I consulted through internet. Wanting to get rid of it soon I bought the prescription for Gonorhea (forgot the name of medicine). I took a doze and after 24 hours discharge stoped and I thought I could relax. After about 3 weeks I felt something unsusual in my penis: very slight burning sensation, head of penis slightly discolored with small redish spots very near in the hole slightly reaised. Penis skin head begun to appear aging/wrinkled when normal and appear very shiny like swollen when erected. This time I went to Urologist and had my urine tested. Since there was no dischrage Doctor can't diagnose specifically so he just gave me prescriptio for gonorhea and took it for 1 and half month. After that, no changes to my condition so I went back and again had my urine tested and was given another diffrent prescription for gonorhea. Months have gone and I still have the same feeling and occurence in my penis (it comes and goes). I am afraid that if this is still STD, the more it stays in me the more health destructive it gets. But Urologists and Dermatologist are having difficulty knowing exactly what is it. Recently I was instructed to apply hydrocortizone 1%. After 3 days, feeling of irritation seem to have dissappear but physical appearance remain same and slight burning sensation is still there. I again went back to self search into the net and found info on EPIDYDIMITIS as a complication of CHLAMYDIA. Also I learned that there is this "NON-SPECIFIC URETHRITIS (NSU)" with effect such as "irritation around opening of the penis". I saw a picture of this and it is very close to my penis condition. Can this be it? If so, will this complication be cured once Chlamydia is treated? I had my HIV and Syphilis test last month and received a negative results. I never had unprotected sex for morethan six months now. I feel frustrated because doctors seem too slow in helping me. If this is STD, it means it has been inside me for lamost a year now. Please advice what is more proper way to treat this problem. I don't want more complications than what I have now. Please please help.
