Question bacterial infection or chlamydia or gonorrhea? HELP PLEASE!!!!

I've been diagnosed with a bacterial infection, but I was never asked by the doctor about my sex life, nor did he mention that I might have an STD.

To start, three weeks ago I woke up with crusties on one eye and it was red all day with some whitish/yellowish pus every now and then. The next day the same thing occured to my other eye. At the same time, I got flu-like symptoms (nasal congestion, cough, sinus problems, headache, chills). I was taking OTC flu medication and washing my eyes with chamomile tea. Almost a week after that, my eyes were in the same condition, but my tonsils (they had some white stuff) and throat were in extreme pain... I couldn't swallow saliva, I couldn't eat for days (and wasn't hungry anyway,) plus my ear hurt... and that wouldn't allow me to sleep. So I went to the doctor two weeks ago, and he said I had a bacterial infection (pharyngitis) and that it was causing the pink eye. He prescribed doxycycline 2 times a day for 10 days, which I took.

The problem is that I finished with the antibiotics five days ago and my throat kind of hurts a little bit still, and my eyes are not pink though the veins are pronounced and red, and i don't have the pus anymore.

I'm worried because I've been with my boyfriend for more than a year and we have unprotected sex. We broke up two months ago, and got back a month ago. During that time I had sex with someone else, and he says that the condom accidentally slipped. After a month my boyfriend and I got back together and we had unprotected sex again (he says he has not had sex with anyone else,) and the bacterial infection started about a week after that.

Then once I was almost done with my antibiotics (at the 8th day of treatment,) we had unprotected sex again and it hurt. I think I got a mild yeast infection (some thick white yeast, swollen lips, redness, burning and itching every now and then-by the way, I have gotten a yeast infection over a year ago when i took other antibiotics,) but I'm treating it now with monistat.

Now that i've done some reading online it seems that I might have chlamydia... and that maybe he got it too and then I got re-infected? I never even thought I could have an STD since I went to the doctor and all he said was "you have pharyngitis, take this twice a day," therefore, I didn't pay much attention to the unprotected sex thing. Besides all that i've explained above, I don't have any other of the symptoms described... no pain while urinating, or back pain, or fever, or anything of that sort (that I might be aware of).

Is there anyone else who has experienced this or could advise me? I don't know if I can get tested for STDs while on yeast infection treatment (because of the cream that's inside and all). Also, I've seen some pictures of conjunctivitis due to STDs and my eyes are nowhere near those cases... theirs are extremely red and filled with tons of pus. Anyway, any help would be really appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

This does not sound like an STD, but you may wish to return to your doctor given the slipped condom and continuing heath issues. Depending upon what antibiotics you took, though, it might have cleared any potential bacterial STD infection though, if you already gave it to your BF, then he could give it back to you. He may or may not have symptons if this happened.
