So I was making out with someone, and we got a little carried away. I touched his penis and he touched my vaginal and anal region. We didn't have intercourse or oral sex, though we did kiss a lot. I didn't see anything on his penis, but I'm worried that I put myself in a risky situation.

I'm probably just scaring myself, but has anyone else had a similar fright? Similar experience? Caught something that way? I know it's all relative to the situation and individuals and I've had worse scares and nothing happened, but I am still worried.

The odds are low, unless you did contact a sore or some bodily discharge that was infected, and you then touched yourself. Still, it is wise to always wash thoroughly both before and after sex, and mostly to avoid situations that will later cause you to worry. Learn from this, as others don't learn until after they had unproteced sex and did catch something.
