Here's my situation, about 8 months ago, I recieved a call from someone I had sex with. He was the top and I was the bottom, anyway he told me he was diagnosed with syphillis and I needed to get checked out. I went to my doctor and got a syphillis test and it came up negative. Two months later my bowel movements started to get very painful, and as the month progressed on, it got worst. I initially thought this pain was caused by a internal hemmoroid, because when I got tested for syphillis the test came back negative. In May of this year I developed spots on my hands that wouldn't go away, and I was discharging mucus from my anus, (which was very painful). I went to a free clinic in my area to see if this was more than just hemmoroid problems. I went to see the clinic doctor, and told him of my painful bowel movements and the mucus discharge. He immediatly asked me to show him my palms ( I never told him about my syphillis call I had months prior) I showed him my palms and he said we have to get you a syphillis test. I got the test and this time it came up positive. He sent me to get my shots the very next day. After I recieved my Penicilin shots, my hands cleared up and I didn't have painful bowel movements any more. I also abstained from any sexual relations because of the excrutiating pain that was in my rectum for 4 months. About a month ago I started to have sex again (EVERYONE I have sex with now put on a condom), but I have this other problem, when I get penetrated, there is blood comming out of my rectum.(bright red blood) It's not painful when I have sex, but blood comes out nonetheless. Of course this freak my partners out because they think they ripped something inside of me and for them, the sex is basically over. The blood did stop 3 weeks ago, and the anal sex was normal. Then the other day, I had sex with this one guy, and the blood came back. My question is what is this from? and can I take any over the counter drug to prevent this from continuing?
