Has anyone else had Cryosurgery? - Sexually Transmitted Diseases Message Board

I am 25 years old, and only had two partners in my life. I was recently diagnosed with High Risk HPV, and Moderate Dysplasia.

I just had cryosurgery 3 days ago, and today I started experiencing a frequent stabbing like pain in my right side about where my ovary would be located.

Can anyone give me advice as to what they have felt after having this proceedure?

Everything I have read online indicates this procedure was not supposed to be painful, however I found it to be pretty painful.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I did...however it was not painful. But the weird thing is I ended up having a sharp pain in my right side where my ovary is, too! I told my doctor and she kind of blew it off. I don't know?
