Advice - Dry patch - Sexually Transmitted Diseases Message Board

I was in Arizona over the weekend and ran into a girl I hit it off with. Sometime later we made out in my hotel. My pants were off and I dry humped her (she had her pants on the whole time), she reached down between us and grabbed my penis roughly (really rough) and kept on going for sometime. A little afterwards I ran my hand down in her pants, but never actually went in her. That's about as far as I we went.

About 6-8 hrs later when I got up I felt a little sore/wierd down below so I went to the bathroom, I noticed that the ridge of my penis tip is really dry, like crackly looking (has lines that stop a little from the penis opening) andthere are some small bumps around the ridge that I'm not sure
if they were there or not (they're really small kinda look like they were there but I never noticed until I saw the dryness maybe). I've used some lotion for almost a day, not sure if it's getting better or not.

I'm not sure what's going on, all i know is that it was never dry like that before. I also used the hotel soap on myself when I took a shower earlier in the day, I think it might be from that or from the hard tugging that was going on, but I can't be sure (or maybe even from dirty hands?)

As of now it's probably been almost a day & a half since this occured. I'm worried I might have caught something, but from what I've read it takes at least 2 days to display STD symptons & I'm not even there yet.

Any advice would be apperciated.

Does it itch?

In all likelyhood its not an STD... Too quick... and you didnt do anything which would put you at risk of most STDs anyway.

Here are a few possibilities though...

Some type of dermatitis... perhaps a reaction to the detergent used on her clothing, or something on her pants.

Something transferred from her hand, like possibly poison Ivy (Ouch).

The Soap.. its possible the skin became dry/irritated from that.

All of the above... its possible that the various trama from the day caused a reaction... might be diagnosed as irritated dermatitis.

I really doubt its an STD though. Id try a nice benign moisturizing cream like KY or Cetaphil and see if it gets better. A mild over the counter cortizone might do the trick too.

Hey, thanks for responding.

It's not really itchy. I could feel something for a litlte bit, but it disappeared, so all I have is the super dried looking skin (looks like a dried elbow or knee). I think what I felt was because of how hard she was pulling on me.

I think you might be right about the allergic reaction, I have had reactions to certain detergants before but not on my penis (although the rashes I had were itchy and red unlike this). I thought I might have something like a rug burn but on the penis.

The color of the dry area looks the about the same as normal, maybe a little darker but that might be from the dry/wrinkled look. I bought some of that cream you recommened, how many days should I wait for it to start to get better before I go to the doctor?
