Some spots in my groin area have been itching lately mostly at night but not so bad that I can't eventually fall asleep. Looking in the mirror, the skin on the leg where the scrotum covers has a white scaly look. I have one spot where it looks like three blackheads just beneath the skin and in other spots some tiny pimples but I dont know if these are just natural or something to concern myself with. Only the same sexual partner for the past five or six years but I work in a job where there are lots of dirty people and I guess it's possible I could have touched one of them then gone to the bathroom without washing my hands before(?) and got it? Any suggestions?
