I'm a 27 year old guy.

I went on a family holiday to thailand where my brother was getting married. I travelled to bangkok and got drunk with a guy I met in a bar, the last thing I honestly remember is us talking to some thai girls. Next thing I remember is waking up in my hotel, with most of my clothes on, still had cash and credit card in pocket.

a few days later the tip of my penis starts to feel tender/

I come home to and email from my ex gf telling me she has chlamidia. I get checked out, reporting my symptons and get given antibiotics.

Still symptons persist, my bell-end (I'm circumsised) is tender and the tip especially, it is uncomfortable to urinate and I have a pain in the right testicle that comes and goes.

I have since been tested again and given the all clear for chlamidya, ghonnorhea and syphillis.

I have been to see a urologist who has looked 'up my tube' and cant find anything wrong.

this has not improved in 9 months, I dont know whats caused it or what it is and it is seriously depressing me.

Please an anyone help???
