Worrisome

I slept with this gal, now my ex-gal becoz of this problem that came up..
That was abt six months ago, jst after 4-5 days i developed whitish pimples on the glans... of my penis and had terrible stomach pains, i immediately went to my doctor who seemed a bit reluctant and gave me relcer gel and told me it was nothin bt i surely new somthing was wrong.. i went back a week later and he took my stool and urine .... of which he said the results were all fine and normal......... I decided to go to a local clinic the Doctor said i should submit my stool and urine again , he took bood for HPV ,HSV and three other tests and gave me (two injections , Dox, metronazodole and norflax) a few days later my results came and there were all negative and the doctor said i was fine..... he says he didnt see anything from all the tests he had run...THE PROBLEM is for the past six months these pimples are still there ,my urine smells too bad ,my stool is sometimes loose, my feet are now somtimes painful and i have this pain arnd my neck(throat) and stretches to the back of my ears... somtimes i find it difficult to swallow...........
..I Broke-up with the gal coz she was claiming it came from somewr else of which it is imposible coz she is the only person i slept with all my life and before that everything else was all fine
WHAT COULD THIS BE PLEASE HELP COZ NOTHING SEEMS TO BE WORKING OUT FOR ME SINCE I SPEND MOST MY TIME WORRYING ABOUT MY HEALTH
