I have like really tiny bumps all over my penis, sometimes you can see a whole bunch of them and other times you can barely see it. I've had this for probably 3 years now and I never had burning, itching, or tingling and I still don't have any of theses symptoms. I was wandering if I have genital herpes or something that I can get rid of. The reason I'm asking cause I'm getting married soon and my fiance doesn't want to have sex untill after were married and I was worried that this might affect our relationship.

A doctor would be your best bet to get a proper diagnosis.. It may be possible that you have bumps that some men commonly get on their penis, usually at the base of it Im not sure of the exact name of that. But I would see a doctor before you are intimate with your fiance.
