If you have other STDs, such as gonorrhea, syphilis, or chlamydia, and they go untreated, you could eventually become sterile, suffer serious health problems, or even die.
HPV (warts) is most often harmless, but some types make you much more likely to get cervical cancer.
Herpes and Trichomoniasis rarely produce really dangerous complications in healthy adults, but treatment can save you a lot of pain (Both of those HURT).
None of these things will "cause" you to get AIDS. Only exposure to HIV will do that.
