i have sti, and treatment is takin place nxt mnth!

However i have drugs test for court in 1 week

Does any1 know if i will fail drug test over the impurity in urine?

It all depends on what they are testing for. I can't imagine if they are testing for drugs that they will also test for STIs. Even with STIs, it's not just one test, or even something they can test the urine for (e.g. some STIs need a blood test or swab).

I thought they test urine for impurities, not just a drug?

This should not affect the drugs test which is looking specifically for traces of cannabis, heroin etc in your urine. It will be in your interest to declare if you have taken antibiotics or anything else though.
