You can't count on a routine blood test for STD testing. It doesn't work that way. When you go in and have your blood tested they are only testing for certain things. If you’re getting tested for fainting then they are only testing for things which they might think caused your fainting. The only way to get tested for STD is to tell them that’s what you want tested for. Sorry to burst your bubble but you should probably go back in and let them know you want tested for STDs as well.

I think you should put off having sex with your girlfriend until she is willing to put herself through STD testing. I don't say this because she's been raped but because every person who becomes sexually active needs to take the responsibility of having safe sex and until she can reach the maturity level to get self tested then she's not ready to have sex period with anyone.

I know its embarrassing and uncomfortable but trust me when I say these doctors aren’t there to judge you but to help you. They’ve seen it all and if she is uncomfortable telling them she got raped (by law they have to report it) she doesn’t have to answer any of their questions regarding who she has had sex with
