| Do i have herpes or is this something else?

im not 100% sure if i have herpes but i have few signs that say i do,can you please help me ?
It all started when i went to my doctor for a pap test,he sent me home for having a yeast infection and and a bottle of flaginal ,i finished the perscription as directed ,the only thing i had consumed alcohol ,when i wasn't suppose to.
So here i am a month later ,i still have the ithing and burning along with some other symptoms,back ache ,pain in my leg muscles,red bumps on my pubic area, and a itching feeling i have all over my body that feels like it is under my skin,and im getting these little red sores on my hands and arms that look like bug bites................oh and the red bumps that are on my pubic area are now starting to crust over to a white color.
what is your diagnosis ?please help!
