Last week, I got kind of drunk in a bar and ended up bringing a girl back to my hotel. I kissed her, fingered her and she gave me protected fellatio. I may have touch my penis after fingering her and before she put the condom on me.

Now, I have a slight burning sensation when I urinate, a sore throat and a small headache. There are no other symptoms like white discharge from penis or blisters around my genitals or mouth. After reading as many articles online about protected oral sex, I get the impression that the chances of me getting a STD from this encounter is very low, and that I may be imagining all these symptoms. So should I wait until my symptoms are more severe or should I get tested now?

Would be nice if someone can give me a list of STDs I should get myself tested for.
