im done being cured for chlamydia now what
does this mean that i get a second chance in life or will i have to worry about this for the rest of my life

Once you finish the medications, you are cured. You don't have to worry about carrying it around for life (but you can get re-infected with it if you have sex with someone who has it, including the person who originally gave it to you if he or she didn't get treated).
