Here's my situation...

Less than two weeks ago I started having unprotected oral/vaginal/anal sex with my girlfriend (I know it was a bad move, please don't lecture me about that). We used a non-toxic flavored lube, which is something I've never used before.

Three days ago in the shower I noticed something on my penis that looked like a pimple. It didn't hurt or itch or anything so I though I would wait a couple days and see what happened. The next time I looked at it, I could tell it was actually a sore. Since then I have developed 6 more. They are very tiny (about the diameter of the ink refill in a standard Bic ballpoint pen). They are in no way painful, and have only itched once very briefly. They aren't blisters or anything like that, it's just a small round area where it looks as if the skin has been rubbed raw. They are all located underneath my penis (around the base of my penis between the shaft and scrotum) except one which just came up that is higher up on the shaft and on the top side.

I'm getting somewhat concerned because we haven't had sex the past couple days but I have still been getting more of these sores. Is it possible that I could have gotten an STD and for the symptoms to be evident this quickly? When I noticed the first sore it was a week and a day after the first time we had sex.

I would have gone to a doctor immediately, but I turned 18 not too long ago and went to the same pediatrician my entire life, who I can no longer go to. So I have no idea where I would go to get it checked out.

My last sexual relationship with another person ended 7 months ago and that relationship was over three years long. Is it possible that these sores are just from not being used to having sex again? Could it be some sort of reaction to the lube? Or is it definitely and STD?

I tired looking at pictures of STDs online but couldn't find anything that looked at all like what I have. If this would help, I would greatly appreciate if I could send pictures to someone to look at.

Any clues as to what it could be would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
