I am a 39 year old male living in Australia,for the past 2 years ive had urinary burning and prostatitus symptoms,ive been given Doxycyclene for long periods ,this helps but after sex my symptoms return within a day or two.My partner also has been given Doxycyclene for a two week period ,we both have been tested more than once ,ive given seamen samples more than once,and urine samples,but not swabbed (dont seem to do it in oz ).Are they missing something that Doxy, wont kill.What Antibiotic can my partner take that will kill things doxy wont.Last year i took cipro for 4 weeks felt great almost no pain,but pain returned 2 days after unprotected sex.The uro's say it cant be bacteria bacause they have tested for it
