If she isn't showing symptoms (more specifically new symptoms, like you) there is no reason to suspect she's cheated. Chlamydia is knows for being asymptomatic in the majority of people and if she hasn't been tested since last June, she could have had it all this time.
Also, people who get it orally usually have few symptoms (yes, you can get it orally). And it takes from 2 to 6 weeks to show symptoms. You could have picked it up the first time you were with her. Has she performed oral on you? (I'm going to guess yes.) She could have already had it orally (no symptoms), you get it genitally, and there you go.
Basically though, since you two are new partners, you really shouldn't be trying to use this as a way of determining if she's been unfaithful. And if you have it, make sure she gets treated too, of course.
