Note I am NOT a doctor. Looking at your photo's, yes it could be herpes. Are you having any other symptoms besides the small sores? It could be all matter of things but you wont know if you dont go to a doctor and be tested.
Yes! You should ABSOLUTELY go to the doctors! If it IS herpes, you could be -unknowingly- passing this to your partner. Educate yourself but most important, no sex until you see a doctor. Positive thoughts your way.
